These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, products, and services (“Services”) provided by JT Technology (India) Private Limited (referred to herein as “JT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These general terms apply to website usage. Specific details regarding project scope, fees, and deliverables are exclusively governed by a formal Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed with each Client.

1. Scope of Services and Agreements

JT provides technology, consulting, and business expansion advisory services. Any formal engagement will be governed exclusively by a separate, written Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail.

• General Advice: Information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute formal legal, financial, or tax advice.

• Service Delivery: The precise scope, deliverables, and associated fees are defined solely in the Service Agreement.

2. Client Obligations

• Cooperation: The Client agrees to provide necessary cooperation and timely, accurate information required for JT to perform the contracted Services.

• Compliance: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring its operations comply with all applicable local, state, and central laws, regulations, and statutes within India and its home jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

All content on the JT website, including text, logos, graphics, software, and methodologies, are the proprietary property of JT Technology (India) Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: Users may access and view the website content for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any website content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

4. Confidentiality

Any sensitive business or financial information shared between the parties is considered Confidential Information.

• Obligation: Both parties agree not to disclose the other’s Confidential Information to any third party, subject to exceptions required by law or necessary for service execution (as detailed in the Service Agreement).

5. Limitation of Liability

JT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or website content.

Maximum Liability: JT’s total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to JT for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve (12) months.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, where our principal Indian office is located.

7. Changes and Contact Information

JT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
